1. Research-use-only
All Bluenova Bio products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not for human or veterinary consumption, injection, ingestion, or topical application. Products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not for use outside a qualified research setting.
2. Researcher certification
By placing an order, you certify that (a) you are at least 21 years of age, (b) you are a qualified researcher or acting on behalf of a research institution, (c) you have the equipment, facilities, and trained personnel to safely handle, store, and dispose of research chemicals, (d) you will use the products solely for in-vitro research and not administer them to humans or animals, and (e) you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and institutional policies governing the receipt and handling of these materials.
3. Orders, pricing & payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, resale, unlawful use, or when a product is out of stock or mispriced. Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.
4. Shipping
Domestic US shipping is free on every order. Most orders ship within one business day from our US warehouse and are trackable by email. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Refused or undeliverable shipments returned to us are subject to a re-shipping fee.
5. Returns
Because of the sensitive nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed vials. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or the seal is compromised, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bluenovabio.com with photos and your order number and we will replace or refund the affected item.
6. Subscriptions
Subscription plans include a fixed allotment of qualifying peptides billed at the plan rate. Any items beyond the plan allotment are billed at full retail. Subscription allotments reset on a rolling 30-day cycle. You may pause or cancel a subscription at any time before your next renewal from your account page.
7. Assumption of risk & disclaimers
You expressly acknowledge the risks associated with handling research chemicals and assume full responsibility for their safe use, storage, and disposal. Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, beyond the purity specification stated on the lot-matched certificate of analysis.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluenova Bio's total liability arising out of or relating to the products or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any misuse of the products, including any administration to humans or animals.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bluenova Bio, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the products, breach of these terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.
10. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bluenova Bio maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
